Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All blankets and burpies are made to order. Therefore, standard shipping time is 4-6 weeks. Many items ship much sooner, but we request 4-6 weeks to ensure your satisfaction. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as ready. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are based on the weight and delivery location. Please call for any special shipping requests including foreign shipping information.
Return/Exchange Policy
At Luv My Woobie Inc., we want you to be completely happy with your order. All of our merchandise is randomly hand inspected by qualified individuals. In the rare event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, we will gladly exchange your item(s), issue LMW credit, or issue a full refund. You have 14 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, unwashed, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container. Luv My Woobie, Inc. will NOT accept any returns or exchanges without original hang tags intact and attached, and without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Our goal is that we will process credits and exchanges within 5-7 days of receipt of your package. If you do not receive a credit or exchange within 14 days, please contact us.
Return/Exchange Policy for Wholesale Orders
Your satisfaction and our reputation is our top priority. All of our merchandise is randomly hand inspected by qualified individuals. To ensure our delivery of quality and excellence, we encourage you to examine all merchandise upon receipt. In the rare event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have received or you have received an incorrect order, we will gladly exchange your item(s) (assuming replacement item(s) are in current stock), issue LMW credit, or issue a full refund for those items qualified as incorrect, damaged or defective, provided the merchandise is unused, unwashed, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container. Luv My Woobie, Inc. will NOT accept any returns or exchanges without original hang tags intact and attached, and without a Wholesale RA number/registered complaint. For wholesale orders, all specified merchandise must be returned within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Anything received after this period of time will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and all sales are considered final.
Shipping a Return or Exchange
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the merchandise. In the event an item is either lost in transit or returned damaged, no credit, exchange or refund will be issued. However, if we have made a mistake and sent you incorrect merchandise, or you received damaged or defective merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of your original shipping, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. Luv My Woobie, Inc. has the right to refuse return of items that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. These include final sale items, custom items, or specified clearance items.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Please send an email to returns@luvmywoobie.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) Request Form. Our goal is to respond within a 24 hour period. Or you may contact customer service at 877.796.6243.
2. Please completely fill out our Return Authorization (RA) Request Form sent to you, indicating reason for return/exchange, retail or wholesale order, LMW credit or preferred item(s), and shipping address. (Please note that the issuance of RA# does not guarantee the item(s) will be accepted, or that you will automatically be credited.)
3. Print out the issued shipping label, displaying the generated RA#. Packages without the RA# on the shipping label will NOT be accepted.
4. Return item(s) in original shipping container. A copy of your email with the RA# must be included in the package.

Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged and defective items do NOT include shades of color and fabric, as these may vary. All items are examined prior to shipping. In the rare event an item is either damaged or defective, it can be exchanged for the same item (assuming replacement item(s) are in current stock) or one of equal value. The original item, under the terms of our Return/Exchange Policy, must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. For wholesale orders, all specified merchandise must be returned within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Anything received after this period of time will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and all sales are considered final. If a returned item is found not to be defective, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
Gift Cards and Gift Return Policy
We are currently in the process of creating Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Cards for your shopping convenience. Please continue to check our web site for availability. Any and all gifts to be returned or exchanged must meet the terms, conditions, and requirements of our Luv My Woobie, Inc. Return/Exchange Policy. A gift may be either returned for either LMW credit or a full refund, or exchanged for another purchase. In addition, a valid gift receipt or original proof of purchase must be provided with the item(s) to be returned/exchanged. If a gift receipt is lost, please contact our customer service for a copy of the original invoice by sending an email to sales@luvmywoobie.com.
How to Return or Exchange a Gift
Please see How to Return or Exchange an Item and follow protocol. A gift receipt along with the issued RA# must be included in the package. If the gift receipt has been lost, a copy of the original email invoice must be included.
