Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of California, County of Los Angeles and/or the Central District of California and you hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to, venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of California.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Luv My Woobie, Inc. regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Luv My Woobie, Inc. relating to your use of the Site. Upon any termination of these terms by either you or Luv My Woobie, Inc., you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise.
